If you’ve ever felt crushed by life’s challenges, like your emotions are too big to manage, or your brain won’t stop racing, you’re not alone, and I get it. I help women and AFAB individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or intense emotions find relief and rebuild trust in themselves.
I especially love supporting people who feel things intensely, struggle with focus, or are processing past trauma, because I’ve been there too.
Together, we’ll use DBT skills, somatic practices, and trauma-informed approaches in ways that are practical, real, and tailored to you. We’ll calm your nervous system, process old wounds, build coping strategies, set boundaries, and help you feel more centered and in control. In other words, we’ll help you find your way back to yourself.
I’ve personally worked through anxiety, ADHD, trauma, burnout, and more. I know how overwhelming it can feel, and I also know the relief, growth, and self-trust that’s possible.
Born and raised in Miami, I’m both Argentine and American, and I understand the unique pressures of balancing multiple cultural layers. I bring that awareness into every session, creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported exactly as you are.
